5 mayors are gathered in the Elks Hall for a banquet to celebrate the 25th year since Whitehorse was incorporated. It is actually over 75 years since a Whitehorse land survey established Whitehorse. Not here former mayors Gorden Cameron (1958-59) and NVK "Vic" Wylie (1960-61).
